We understand that receiving a damaged product can be frustrating, and we want to make it right. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at support@notinqueue.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund for the price of the goods.

In order to process your replacement or refund, we may ask for a photo of the damaged product and any other relevant details.
